Sara trained with LNG to work with youth and women to understand conflict and practice leadership group work. Experienced in crisis management, she has helped politicians navigate high stakes situations. As a speaker, she motivates female leaders to reach their full potential at international conferences.
She’s involved with organizations protecting the environment of Mexico. Through various initiatives, these organizations raise environmental awareness and demand action to safeguard this ecosystem. She has taught for five years at a private University in Mexico utilizing the group leadership process that we apply at LNG.
She holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College.

Alex Omijeh having worked many years for international organizations both public and private sector, My passion is bringing innovative solutions to developing nations to help them tackle challenges to growth and development.

Alex Omijeh is currently the CEO of Starcodes Canada Inc, Partner Blue Gold Works a safe water enterprise creating prosperity through clean drinking water using organic solutions.

Her ancestors are Coastal Indigenous Tlingit, Haida, Aishihik, Japanese, mixed European, and other ethnicities. She aligns most with the Indigenous and Japanese traditions in which she was raised. Her undergraduate degree is in Philosophy, Psychology, and Comparative Religion with emphases in Buddhist Studies, Engaged Buddhism, Non-human Animal Welfare, Mindfulness and Meditation, and Philosophy for Children. Her graduate degree is in lived Buddhist Studies and Philosophy. She lived, practiced, and taught in different Buddhist communities while embracing the wisdom of a range of ancient culturally diverse traditions and spiritual practices (Indigenous practices, Taoist training and study, Ayurvedic Medicine, Chinese Medicine, Yogic practice and philosophy, Tea Ceremony, sustainable off-grid living and Earth cultivation). She is the founder and facilitator of the Wisdom Way Community of Salish Seattle with whom she leads classes and retreats in the Salish religion of the Pacific Northwest. Her spiritual cultivation is deeply rooted in respect for and connection to the Earth and all Creatures. She cultivates a path of seeking, open mindedness, self-reflection, Dharma (spiritual truth-seeking) friendship, and compassion. She loves allowing her presence to dwell in the depths and warm light of the present through focused healing in community for the service of All Beings.

Barbara Caioli currently serves as a social studies teacher, imparting the art of critical thinking to future leaders. She also works as a web designer and social media manager. Barbara worked for years as a Research Associate (Systems & Industrial Engineering) at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and as a graduate student of Experimental Psychology, specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She conducted research for the Leadership and Organizational Behavior Lab (LOB Lab), under the leadership of Dr. Kristin Weger. Barbara worked with The Mesmer Research Group (MRG), which focused on interdisciplinary systems engineering research for high-level stakeholders like NASA and the Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC). Barbara’s passions in psychology include developmental psychology, personality, cooperative leadership, leadership outcomes, and thinking styles that interact with the many pressures of the current rate of growth of Industry 4.0. She is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Barbara also holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a BFA in Dance Choreography from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Washington. She was the Artistic Director of 127th St. Dance in Seattle, a touring modern dance company. In Huntsville, Barbara led Butter Dance Company and Premiere Dance Theatre in salons to educate the community about contemporary dance and how it connects people through movement. Barbara has been teaching and directing since 2001. On a personal note, she works toward her Bronze-level figure skating tests when she can find the time.

Jerry, a Senior advisor and IT Recruiter, brings his expertise to LeadNow Global in management coaching, training, leadership and business development to provide full client management and the development and execution of recruiting strategies, talent identification, and acquisition for full range of candidates from entry-level to executive. Proficient at assessing and matching candidates with client business objectives, Jerry adds excellent leadership qualifications; is adept at coaching to maximize organizational and individual performance.

Michael is an inveterate cultural conservationist with a Ph.D. in Romance Languages and Literatures from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell. Michael's preservation experience includes historic district surveys; National Register nominations; exhibits from the history of Chicago architecture; and producing the Chicago Architecture Foundation's famous walking and bus tours. In Seattle, he was formerly director of The Children's Museum, the Museum of History & Industry, and Northwest Folklife. Michael led the City of Seattle's Centennial Celebration of the 1909 Alaska-Yukon-Exposition. As treasurer of Seattle Neighborhood Greenways, he is a leader in the movement to create safe streets for people of all ages to walk and ride bicycles. His commitment to bicycling is grounded in a need to slow climate change and create a healthy world where his grandchildren can thrive.

Leslie McGovern successfully partners with organizations to create effective, collaborative leadership across the company who continuously improve performance and outcomes. By promoting learning organizations, Leslie partners to create organizational environments where differing perspectives are valued and used, and powerful partnerships forged. Companies and their leadership have greater access to often-untapped talent and resources, fortified to meet their most pressing challenges.

Having built and led 3 organizations from scratch, Leslie’s talent and in-depth experience creating and working in multi-cultural environments focuses on building high-functioning teams and organizations having diverse populations, including disabled persons and women in leadership positions. Leslie has worked in the healthcare field for over 30 years, has had a personal journey through the healthcare and legal systems as a disabled person, and possesses a broad range of expertise with health-related organizations.

Leslie has had a powerful impact on a diverse range of organizations in the US and abroad. Holding her Master’s Degree in Human and Organizational Development from Harvard University, Leslie has advised and taught leadership and delivered seminars internationally addressing Leadership and Change, while successfully serving as ED/CEO and Board Member. Founder and principal at LeadNow Global and PhaseFive, she is dedicated to organizations succeeding beyond what they think possible.

Craig works with busy people to help them get their ideas and unique perspectives out into the world by writing a book. He is a gifted ghostwriter and manuscript doctor. In addition to helping authors publish numerous books, Craig’s writing has appeared in Fast Company, Forbes, California Business Journal, Inman News, and many other information and idea platforms.
His leadership credentials include over a decade as a pastor in the Mennonite church, and roles as editor and communications director for businesses and non-profit organizations. He is a business journalist and content marketing specialist, with clients including Adobe, SAP, Futurum Research, App Orchid, Agency Management Institute, Bristol Strategies, and Indie Books International. In his spare time, he volunteers on the Story Sharing Committee of the Coalition to Dismantle the Doctrine of Discovery.
Craig is the author of A Brief History of White Nonsense: The Throughlines of White Privilege That Keep Racism Alive. He is the co-author of (or “also assisting with..”) two upcoming books with Lead Now Global on how to foster and grow democratic leadership groups throughout the world.

Dr. Peter Martynowych, thought leader in organizational development and leadership, contributes breakthrough strategies that allow organizations to liberate the creative solutions inherent in generative groups. In his research and action, Peter has demonstrated that with a new perspective and actionable framework, organizations will flourish far beyond their original expectations. When a leadership team flourishes, its members and employees are more fulfilled and committed to each other and to the organization’s success.

Dr. Peter Martynowych holds both his Doctorate, with distinction, and Master’s degrees from Harvard University. His original research is a ground-breaking contribution to the fields of leadership, group process, and adult development. Peter has taught advanced Leadership Curriculum at Harvard University, Antioch Graduate School of Management, and Leadership Institute of Seattle, among others. In addition to his founding LeadNow Global, Dr. Martynowych maintains a private leadership advising practice that addresses organizational and personal challenges to produce successful and lasting change. He is conducting research for an upcoming book.

Amanda Silveira holds a degree in History from the Universidade Estadual Vale do Acaraú-Ce and a specialization in education and aging from the University of Brasília.

Throughout her life, Amanda has worked with local communities through dance, art, and the Portuguese language. As a contemporary dancer with the Balé Popular da UFPB, she gained experience managing classes in municipal communities and various public and private projects, focusing on teaching traditional Brazilian dances to vulnerable young women. She has also worked in the corporate world, providing social assistance through dance for incarcerated women, elderly retirees and at-risk youth.

Currently, Amanda works supporting Latin American entrepreneurs through Learnlight Global Latam, offering language translation, conversation, and cultural competence training to help them navigate and succeed in the Brazilian and Latin American markets.

Additionally, Amanda is an entrepreneur who founded Miki Cosmética Artesanal, an online business offering personalized organic soaps and natural cosmetics, inspired by her journey as a single mother in Mexico. She has also practiced Nichiren Buddhism for most of her life, which profoundly influences her personal and professional values.
